Lecturer Shanice Webb and Assistant Director of Career Catalysts Arame Mbodj will facilitate an interactive session that explores Black narratives utilizing visual thinking and design tools. This session will provide students with a safe space to reflect on and have conversations around the narratives that we hold from our families, communities, and society to design those narratives and make them our own.

The Stanford Global Studies Division in collaboration with the Life Design Lab curates a virtual space for Community College Students. Lecturer Shanice Webb, Student Services Manager and Facilitator Nelia Rodriguez, and Facilitator Marisa Mission will facilitate an interactive session to explore life design and design three versions of our futures at the Global Perspectives, Global Careers event.

An interactive Professional Development session for Human Resources professionals in the Stanford School of Medicine

Learn how to turn your interests in social impact into a job after you graduate! This year, the event will be facilitated by Emily Tsiang of Stanford's Life Design Lab.

The Life Design Lab will be participating as part of the Answers for Transfers event. 

In this highly interactive workshop, participants will apply the design thinking principles of Ideation and Prototyping to real-life challenges in their personal and professional lives.

What if we can navigate through life and tackle critical decision making with design thinking? “Designing Your Life” is a class taught at Stanford University (the school’s “most popular class,” according to Fast Company magazine) that trains students to think like designers when it comes to tackling wicked problems in life. On 6/26 (Monday), Emily Tsiang, Life Design Fellow at Stanford, will guide us through an interactive workshop.
